Pre-construction
From selecting a lot to an in-depth review of your floor plan, you will be involved in every aspect of the planning process. We are here to gain a full understanding of what you need and want out of your home and will be your home building expert and guide every step to realize your vision.
Construction
Once we break ground, we’ll be in the active building stage. You’ll start to see your vision come to life and continue to be part of the process receiving timely updates throughout. Known for our attention to detail you will participate in walkthroughs with our team of tradesman to see that every aspect of the home is customized to your liking. Quality control during this stage is paramount at preventing errors and seeing if anything needs to be adjusted to meet your needs.
Before closing out this stage of the process we will meet to get your final seal of approval on the home.
Post-construction
The keys are yours and it’s time to move in! As you settle into your new home, we will continue to be here for you and your investment. Over the course of your build, we will build a long-lasting relationship and we value keeping those beyond your current home build.
